For a long time I hated myself. I looked outside myself for validation and self-worth. I ended up obsessed with romantic relationships, thinking that finding the right partner would magically make it all better.
After a very bad relationship with an alcoholic/addict, I hit rock bottom. I realized it wasn’t “them,” it was ME. I had to stop expecting the world to save me and instead SAVE MYSELF. I did the hardest inner work I’ve ever done to reclaim my true self, my inner superhero, and transform my self-hatred into self-love.
As a result I developed the skills to have a healthy romantic relationship, and I learned how to have peace in ALL my relationships, no matter what others do or don’t do!
